ServiceNow Analyst/Product ManagerRemote
The ServiceNow Analyst is a product manager who performs works with Stakeholders on business needs and the delivery on the roadmap of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The Administrator will work closely with other analyst, developers, HR stakeholders, and IT to manage support for cases, knowledge management and the employee portal. All candidates must have excelled written and oral communication skills to be able to work, collaborate and coordinate between technical and non-technical people within the company at varying levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Captures business and user requirements as stories with acceptance criteria, noting priority, ensuring requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specifications.ScrumMaster activities, driving stories into sprints and through to completion.Creates testing plans and engages end users in testing and knowledge training session.Knowledge on ServiceNow configuration as it relates to HRSD, Portal and Knowledge.Manages support for HR Case resolution and Manages individual and group HR SN access.Other duties as assigned.Intakes and delivers HR SN reporting request and maintains reporting dashboards and permissions.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degreeServiceNow Fundamentals (Required)ServiceNow HRSD (Required)ServiceNow Certified Administrator (Preferred)TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Intermediate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, One Note, SharePointExperience in JavaScript plusEXPERIENCE
3 - 5 years' relevant experience (Required)Experience with ServiceNow (Required)LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Experience leading large group prioritization meetings and requirements gathering sessions (Required)Experience managing multiple priorities and projects (Required)Excellent written and oral presentation skills (Required)Experience leading technical teams on highly complex enterprise technical infrastructure projects (Preferred)
