Administrative Assistant to CFO

Lend strength to Bethel Church of Redding to see the expansion of God’s kingdom by helping administrative projects progress and thereby advancing the vision and stewardship of all that God has entrusted to Bethel Church. Performs administrative and office support activities for the CFO and Finance team. Duties include managing staff’s calendar and emails, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, and faxing. Software and internet skills are required, as well as clear communication abilities. Additionally, updates Bethel Church insurance policies and corresponds with insurance representatives regarding claims. Salary Range: $35,000 - $42,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-Time Requirements Top Responsibilities: Help make CFO's world peaceful and productive!
