The Construction Project Manager delivers projects according to their plans, schedules, budgets, quality expectations, selections and specifications, with the right attitude, courtesy and professionalism as it relates to their team, subcontractors and customers.
All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction.

Leads and models safety as a core guiding principleManages project startup, including obtaining permits and licensesAnalyzes and scopes subcontractor/vendor bidsManages and oversees overall RFI process and tracking logManages and oversees overall submittal process and tracking logLeads in development, planning, and updating of overall project schedulePrioritizes and expedites material deliveries according to project schedule requirementsCo-leads subcontractor schedule coordination meeting with superintendentManages subcontractor COs and subcontractor CO LogManages Owner COs and owner CO logCreates accurate financial project projectionsWorks with SPM/PX to maximize profits & mitigate/resolve financial risksAssists superintendent with local AHJ inspection needsManages overall closeout processPrioritizes and actively mentors and trains othersDemonstrates adherence to EC policy and processes and teaches EC policy and processes to new team membersWorks closely with design team, subcontractors, consultants, inspectors and internal clients to develop lasting relationshipsThe above description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job.
