We are now accepting applications for a full-time Business Systems Engineering Manager. The Business Systems Engineering Manager is responsible for taking a hands-on leadership role in overseeing and improving our internal business systems and processes. This role involves managing the integration, implementation and support of business systems with a focus on product billing and integration with NetSuite. This role requires programming expertise (.net C#) to learn and develop our custom billing solution and integrations. A key aspect of this role is collaborating across departments to ensure that processes and systems are effective, efficient, and aligned with the overall business strategy and understanding workflows and technologies involved. This position will be reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. Compensation is based on your experience and credentials.Swipeclock also provides a bonus plan program to eligible employees.Swipeclock matches 100% of the first 6% you contribute to your 401k.

This position has typical Staff Accountant duties including, but not limited to the following:

Learn, Design, implement, optimize, and own business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Identify process improvements and lead initiatives to streamline operations.Manage the integration and ongoing optimization of business systems, with a primary focus on our custom billing solution and NetSuite. Ensure that systems are fully utilized and aligned with business objectives.Write and maintain our customer billing solution code in C# to support and enhance billing functionalities. Ensure smooth, automated, and accurate billing processes.Oversee and improve billing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to address billing-related issues and implement best practices.Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions and business intelligence tools. Provide actionable insights and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.Lead and manage system-related projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.Provide technical support and training to users on business systems and processes. Develop and deliver training materials and documentation.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure system performance and support requirements are met.Performs other related duties as assigned.Our Ideal Candidate Has:

5+ years of experience in business systems management, with a strong preference for experience in business process engineering, supporting and integrating with NetSuite, business intelligence, data warehousing, and billing processes.Strong technical background with experience in .net (C#), integrating with REST services, C#Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence tools.Experience with Agile software development methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlinesSalesforce, HubSpot or other CRM experience a plus
