The Customer Success Project Manager acts as the liaison between Swipeclock, and a combination of application end users, reseller partners, and the customers of those reseller partners needing help with implementing the Swipeclock Human Resource Management suite of products. With a strong customer first culture, the project manager will provide product knowledge, technical depth, and customer empathy for the implementation process.

They are responsible for all aspects of the implementation life cycle, including kickoff, planning, product configuration, customer training, follow-up and closing of implementation projects.

They are accountable for communication to both reselling partners as well as the lead project contact for clients. In addition, they ensure projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of both the partner and client.

They are a key part of the Swipeclock Professional Services Training Program, whose goal is to develop early wins and referenceable customers and prepare them for long-term utilization of the Swipeclock suite of products. Customer Onboarding and Implementation is a key point in the customer journey.

Provide product setup and training for system end usersReview and confirm all customer-required data for setupReview project plan and refine as required based on specific client needsEstablish timeline for each project phase and completion dateManage the customer's project throughout lifecycle, providing continual updates to stakeholdersAbility to manage a multitude of projects at once.Document all interactions and record information and utilized time in CRM systemIdentify and manage project issues & risksEscalate issues that pose risk to on-time delivery or "go-live" datesAttend and participate in meetings as requiredAssist with supporting and assisting internal employeesPerforms other related duties as assigned.Our Ideal Candidate Has:

Direct experience managing SaaS software implementation projects is a must!Experience in payroll industry is a plusStrong HTML & CSS experienceSolid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and MS Office product suite2 years of experience in software industry1-2 years of project management experienceDetail-oriented with history of documenting project statusGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressureDesire and willingness to learn a suite of productsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of tasks/projectsEffectively identify and communicate project issues with managementAbility to understand, translate, and document all business and user requirementsSelf-directed with the ability to work with little supervisionAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written formCritical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills who can make independent decisions within areas of responsibility and expertiseExcellent customer service skillsMore About Swipeclock
