About the Role:
As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying job vacancies to onboarding new hires. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that we have a strong and diverse workforce that can help us achieve our business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles in manufacturing.Certification in HR or recruitment.Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.

You will also need strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and recruitment metrics. Finally, you will need to have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to apply them to attract and retain top talent.
