Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Paralegal to join our client's litigation team for their firm in Coral Gables, FL.

The ideal candidate will support attorneys with all aspects of litigation.• Serve as a liaison between counsel, clients, experts, mediators, witnesses, judicial. assistants, and other outside contacts.• Perform due diligence searches.• Coordinate depositions.• Draft Correspondence, Notices, Motions, Discovery Requests, Discovery Responses, Subpoenas, Orders, Disclosures, Stipulations, Appendices, Appellate Tables, Settlement Agreements, etc.• Download dockets and any pertinent documents for attorneys' review.• Finalize all court filings (including final read through and marking exhibits) and process all electronic filings via CM/ECF and Florida E-Portal.• Prepare service emails to opposing counsel and transmit same.• Save all e-filed court documents to NetDocs (firm's document retention system).• Organize and save client documents and discovery.• Run document productions, including conversions, redactions, Bates labeling, privilege logs, production logs, and issue coding in Digital War Room ("DWR").• Load all documents in DWR (document production software used by the firm).• Follow up of deadlines and pending drafts and send reminders/follow-ups as needed.• Review all case materials (depos, discovery, pleadings etc.) to create outlines, designations, chronologies, document productions, and log any relevant info.• Prepare attorneys for all client meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial by compiling and organizing pertinent documents for their review and use.• Attend trial, hearings, depositions as needed.• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for trial, and hearings.• Witness/notarize will signings/estate planning.• Other duties as assigned.

Additional requirements• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal.• Flexible and collaborative attitude.• Organized.• Team player, while having the ability to work independently.• Self-motivated and have a desire to learn and grow.
