As an
Assistant Property Manager
for our properties,
Depot Miami Apartments , located in Miami Beach, FL, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Property Manager in overseeing the daily site operations and positively impacting our community and residents. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for sales presentations, tours, marketing, and other activities geared toward generating traffic and leasing apartment homes. This position works frequently to renew leases, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction-all while upholding the Eenhoorn's core values.
What You Will Be DoingWorking with prospective residents to identify their needs and help them find the perfect home.Screening and approving qualified applicants in accordance with company policy, Fair Housing regulations and local laws; preparing leases and associated move-in documentation.Preparing property for daily showings, including opening/closing model units and amenities.Managing the new resident move-in process to ensure a smooth transition into the community.Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive and professional interactions.Performing general administrative tasks such as software data entry, filing, typing, and answering phones.Attending and assisting with resident events and activities as required.Follows up with leasing leads and enters traffic into CRM.Inspect models and leasing office daily to ensure that each is spotless and representative of company standardsExecute and negotiate leases and lease renewalsDevelop sales & marketing campaigns to attract new residents.Maintain resident filesDevelop good resident and community relationshipsAssist with rent collections and bookkeepingHandle resident concerns in the absence of the Property ManagerWhat is Required for Success
Must be familiar with federal, state, and local fair housing and landlord/tenant lawsPrior experience in residential leasing experience requiredPossess strong bookkeeping and organizational skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management, and leadership skillsAbility to assimilate information, analyze financial data, prepare budget reports and administrationProfessional demeanor, with strong integrityShow a strong sense of urgencyWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to work in a fast-paced office environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailBenefits
