Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Phoenix Pro Connect is supporting our client in the
hospitality industry
in recruiting a talented and detail-oriented
Compensation and Benefits Analyst . This role will focus on driving competitive compensation strategies, administering benefits programs, and conducting equity reviews. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
employee contribution calculations, data reconciliation,
and experience with advanced tools such as
Excel
and
Workday . We are looking for someone with
3+ years of compensation analysis
experience, ideally within hospitality or luxury travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Analysis: Conduct
market benchmarking
and ensure internal pay equity across multiple roles and regions. Analyze compensation trends and recommend
salary adjustments, bonuses, and other incentives
to align with business goals. Support the administration of
equity-based compensation
programs such as stock options and performance-based bonuses. Collaborate with HR and leadership to
develop compensation frameworks
that attract, retain, and reward high-performing talent. Benefits Administration & Compliance:
Manage and administer
employee benefits programs
(healthcare, wellness, and retirement plans). Calculate
employee contributions
and perform regular
reconciliations
to ensure payroll and benefits accuracy. Monitor
benefits usage trends
and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Ensure compliance with
labor laws and tax regulations
across various regions. Data Management & Reporting:
Use
advanced Excel skills
(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling) to analyze data and generate reports. Prepare
dashboards and reports
on compensation and benefits trends to assist leadership in decision-making. Maintain accurate employee data in
Workday
or a similar HRIS system to ensure seamless program administration. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams on
budgeting, salary planning, and headcount forecasting . Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Finance, to
enhance compensation processes
and align them with business goals. Identify and implement
process improvements and automation
to streamline workflows. Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits inquiries. Participate in
audits
to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience
in compensation and benefits analysis, ideally within the
hospitality or luxury travel industry . Proficiency in
Workday
or similar HRIS platforms. Advanced Excel skills
(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling) required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
high attention to detail
and the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and provide clear, actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in
Compensation (CCP)
or
Benefits (CBP)
is highly desirable. Experience administering
equity-based compensation
programs.
