Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Demand Generation to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving awareness and interest in our cybersecurity products through a blend of digital marketing and in-person events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand generation, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful multi-channel campaigns that generate new top-of-funnel pipeline and expand on existing opportunities within target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Campaigns:
Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand and lead generation, utilizing digital platforms and in-person events.Event Management:
Organize and manage webinars and prospect eventsDigital Marketing:
Leverage digital marketing strategies including content marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO, and SEM to attract and engage potential customers.Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing team members to align demand generation strategies with overall business goals.Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns. Key performance metrics include engagement and contribution to the pipeline.Lead Management:
Oversee marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.Budget tracking:
track campaign expenses and ROIQualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience:
8+ years experience in a demand generation or digital marketing role, preferably within the technology sector.
Skills:
Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce and ABM tools like 6Sense and DemandbaseExperience with cybersecurity and marketing to govt. a plusExcellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.Exceptional communication and project management skills.Attributes:

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:$106,080.00-173,596.80 USD
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
