Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking qualified candidates for the
Project Management Specialist – JR
to support our PEO Digital customer located in the Washington DC Navy Yard
POSITION SUMMARY:
Providing project management support for civilian and military personnel on the PEO Digital contract. Prepare, update, maintain, and deliver program management documentation containing military data for the assigned Government organizationJOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basisCoordinate and facilitate the completion of tasks to support total force managementTotal Force Management support to include civilian personnel management support for the assigned government organizationReview, prepare, process, and track civilian honorary awards and military personnel awards. Solicit input for award documentation such as letters of appreciation/commendation.Review, prepare and process requests for booklets, award frames and certificate holders as required.Interpret and provide recommendations to the Government upon review of human resource governanceProvide support for efforts related to sponsorship/ welcome. Orientation programsRecommend analyze and document requirements for Government civilian positions.Prepare, update, maintain, and track training curriculum to satisfy position requirementsLeverage government tools such as the total Workforce Management System and Defense Civilian Personnel data Systems to complete assigned duties.Assist with contractor on/off boarding activities including maintaining data, preparing reports, and providing status to the governmentAssist personnel to complete User Access Forms and System Authorization Access Request (SAAR-N) forms to access GFE and ToolsMust be U.S. Citizen and hold an active Secret clearance.Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum requirement two years experience. Four (4)+ years of additional experience required to substitute if no Bachelors.Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned dutiesExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and data mining skillsExcellent oral and written skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and OutlookProficient in MS Project creating milestones and action plans.Writing proficiency for document creation.Must be a US citizen.CLEARANCE LEVEL:

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum requirement two years experience. Four (4)+ years of additional experience required to substitute if no Bachelors.
