Come join our team! As a dispatcher, you will assist in developing routes and schedules for school transportation services, in addition to planning, scheduling, and coordinating charter and extracurricular trips. Dispatchers assist with scheduling maintenance inspections, help ensure drivers are performing their daily vehicle inspections, and assist with phone calls and other paperwork. Candidates must have experience working in a high-volume customer service or call center environment, and submit to pre-employment testing. Read more to apply!

Pay Range:

$23-26 per hour

Responsibilities:

Ensure employees report to work as scheduled and complete and file paperwork.Maintain, manage, and update driver schedules on a daily basis.Report concerns, violations, or issues to the Operations Manager.Assign substitute drivers as needed.Plan, schedule, and assigns drivers for special transportation including field trips, athletic events etc.Assist in developing routes and schedules.Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating charter trips.Answer heavy telephone volume and communicate on two-way radio.Maintain records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other related data.Ensure employees perform the required daily vehicle inspection and buses are cleaned daily as required by law.Assist maintenance in scheduling vehicles to report to the shop for maintenance.Review of onboard video and GPS monitoring.Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.Qualifications:

2+ years working as a dispatcher or in high-volume customer service/call center environments, high school diploma or equivalent certification degreeCDL B with S/P preferredComplete all training requirementsPre-employment background checks
