SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst II position (Community Bank) is responsible for analyzing and reviewing complex financial projects that primarily focus on increasing bank efficiency and profitability.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)Develops Branch ReportsDevelops Branch Level Board ReportsCommunity Bank & Bank Budget reviewsPrepares and delivers Executive Finance Dashboard and Liquidity Management Reports.Performs work on assigned projects daily, primarily dealing with increasing bank profitability and efficiency.Reviews and analyzes financial statements and other business-related reports to provide insight to bank leadership on their performance.Reviews and analyzes upcoming changes in:
Market TrendsBank regulations and policies
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs budgeting and forecasting for bank and community branchesAdministers Precision LenderPerforms other duties as requested by Executive Management or Supervisor.Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.Ability to adhere to all company policies, core values and procedures.Dresses professionally.Generates solutions to problems and suggests alternative solutions when necessary.Performs as a contributor in Bank-wide projects.Displays genuine interest in learning and working in the banking profession.Other duties as assigned.EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldAt least 2 years of banking industry experienceTechnical/Functional Competencies
Strong financial analytical abilityGood interpersonal, technical, problem solving, and written communication skillsDemonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedulesDemonstrates initiative, judgment/discernment and self-motivationHighly motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to work in a team environmentStrong knowledge of accounting and financial statementsAdvanced proficiency with MS ExcelWork or academic experience in the following areas:
Advanced Visualization Tools and Database ManagementMaintaining a high level of data and reporting integrity.
Understanding and use of return on investment, net present value, internal rate of return, and short and long-term CAPEX planning and cashflow
