Responsible for the operational functions of the assigned community-based health services programs, ensuring seamless team management, development, program delivery, partnership engagement and quality control and evaluation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Responsible for overall administrative oversight of staff management, finances and budget, reporting, coordinating with partners and acts as the liaison to Public Health for administrative matters.Develops and maintains written internal governance structure(s) in partnership with the subcontractor.Ensures assigned programs are in compliance with agency policies and procedures including adhering to all contractual requirements.Maintains communication with subcontractor(s) to ensure contract requirements are met.Participate in on-going check-in calls/meetings with funder(s) and program partners.Coordinates a minimum of two (2) community convenings each year and participate, as appropriate, in other community convenings.Coordinates and/or participates in meetings with partners and funder(s) to plan program strategies and activities.Checks in with supervisor to ensure that staff are provided with individualized orientation plans, training plans, direct field observations and performance evaluations.Manages collection process and outcome data and utilizes the data to improve program procedures, identify needs, and highlight program successes. Submits accurate and timely reports to funders as applicable.Provide direct supervision to program supervisor and ensures all staff receive required training.Seeks opportunities to build strong relationships with local and community organizations, government agencies and individuals to promote CII programs and explore possible collaborations and/or funding.Maintains knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the art practices.ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the direct reports.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Position supervises 2staff.QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Social Work, or other relevant degree AND a minimum of 3 years of experience implementing public health or social service programs in underserved communitiesOR Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Social Work, or other relevant degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing grant-funded public health, social service and/or similar programs.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance.Required to travel extensively (> 50% of the time).Spanish / English bilingual preferred.Ability to handle confidential information.Maintains participant privacy, including protecting the confidentiality, safeguarding the integrity and availability, and limiting the use and disclosure of patient Protected Health Information (PHI) to authorized individuals and entities.Participates in, conducts, and sustains performance quality improvement activities according to designated role and responsibilities.Sensitivity to service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Free from alcohol and drug abuse.Understands CII's basic philosophy and participates fully in carrying out its mission.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

In accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is included in this posting. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors permitted by law. New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range to maintain internal inequity and allow opportunity for future salary growth. CII salaries are determined based on comprehensive internal and external market analysis, as well as the skills, education, and experience relevant to each position.
