Job Description
The primary responsibility for the
Scheduling Support Intern
is to provide support to the US scheduling team. You will work with a variety of report systems, update our customer relationship management (CRM) software system, and collaborate with our field service and sales teams. Your role will enable our teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This 6-to-12-month intern opportunity offers an unparalleled chance for you to develop professionally while working for a global leader in laboratory and clinical technologies. The position requires a commitment of 10-20 hours weekly during business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at our Wilmington, Delaware site, ensuring ample time to immerse yourself in our culture and work projects.
Responsibilities include :Routinely run service order backlog reports utilizing our analytics system; analyze past due services and work to resolve.Update our CRM system with notes and accurate customer information.Develop strong relationships with our internal business partners, enabling a superior customer experience.Manage chat and call queues, answering customer inquiries in real time.Effectively communicate with the field service engineers and maintain accurate record of engineer availability and commitments utilizing our business scheduling tools, including SAP and our CRM.Communicate with sales teams to ensure accurate customer information and expectations are provided to scheduling and service teams.Ensure all working relationships follow Agilent Technologies Standards of Business Conduct.Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, with a focus or Science, Engineering or Business.Candidate must be detail oriented.Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.Adept planning and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Proactive attitude and ability to generate ideas and problem solve.Driven to achieve a successful experience for our customer
The US pay rate for this position is $17.06 - $19.08 per hour, plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits. Our pay rates are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum intern pay for the position across the relevant US location(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including any job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training.
