Summary/Objective
Under the direction of the Intake Supervisor, the Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for acting as the liaison between CEDA Energy Services and its contracted Partner Intake Sites. As it pertains to the contracted Partner Intake Sites, the position maintains responsibility for intake, program outreach, quality assurance, training requirements, and technical assistance for Energy Services.
Essential Functions

Job duties and responsibilities fall within, however are not limited to, the following categories:Manages and develops relationships with the Energy Services Partner Sites and serves as a liaison between the Partner Sites and CEDA Central.Conducts routine visits to Partner Sites to monitor compliance with Energy Services policies and procedures as well as State and Federal program guidelines.Ensures compliance and accuracy of Energy Services Partner Sites through assessments and audits; provides feedback to reduce application denial percentages.Demonstrates accountability for achieving key metrics of CEDA Energy Services Programs.Evaluates and assesses potential new Partner Site locations for operational eligibility and suitability.Maintains reports for site visits, compliance issues, etc. via SharePoint and other software.Responsible for the coordination of activities supporting outreach and intake initiatives.Supports program intake training.Drafts and executes written communications internally and externally related to program updates and compliance.Works collaboratively with Customer Support and the entire organization.Competencies
Strong communications skills, including the ability to speak and write effectively and professionally.Proven customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.Proven strong problem-solving skills such as prioritization, critical thinking, and hypothesis development.Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding environment.Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional conduct.Ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously through a systematic approach.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimum supervision.Work Environment
This job operates in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-person work in a professional office environment with remote work and on-site work at training events. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, electronic devices or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are normally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, schedule may change based on program needs; some weekends may be required.
Travel
Ability to travel frequently within Cook County, and outside the county when necessary. Candidate must have regular access to an automobile and must possess and maintain an applicable Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance that meets the State requirement.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum Associate's degree2-3 years' experience in a customer service environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications.Must possess valid driver's license and auto insurance that meets State requirements.Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degreeBilingual in English and Spanish.Non-profit organization would be preferred.
