As a Business Analyst, you have experience gathering and documenting product requirements. You have worked in a variety of systems environments and have at least a general understanding of the technology considerations. You communicate in an empathetic, positive and friendly manner with a focus on clarifying business needs and customer service. Working with contractors, vendors and multiple processes and methodologies to manage requirements for all stakeholders.

You will:

Business Process Re-engineering:Contributes to the analysis of business processes to identify and clarify requirementsContributes to improvements to business processesIs able to analyze and assess an organization's business modelRequirements Documentation:Demonstrates an ability to express complex ideas clearlyFacilitates analysis, classification and documentation of requirementsProposes an appropriate document-set for a projectPublishes, distributes and facilitates sign-off of requirements documentationManages changes to the requirements baselineSupports impact analysis on changes to requirement(s) through project lifecycleEliciting Requirements:Gathers, clarifies and validates requirementsActs as interpreter who facilitates communication between clients and internal teamsAnticipates, quantifies and resolves problems and issues with requirementsStructured Analysis:Uses data and process modelling techniques to identify and clarify requirementsCommunicates with clients and internal teams to clarify and validate requirementsUses data and process modelling toolsTesting:Demonstrates knowledge of testing strategies, plans and executionParticipates actively in the development of testing strategies and plansDesigns user acceptance testing plansMonitors user acceptance testing and responses to problemsIT Fluency:Understands IT and project management conceptsUses desktop productivity applications at an superior levelIs aware of the societal impact of information and information technologyYou have:

3-6 years experience as a Business Analyst in software or interactive web development initiativesStrong analytical skillsStrong organizational skillsApplies creative thinking and problem solving to clarifying requirements related issuesDemonstrated experience producing technology project artifacts including:

Use CasesRequirements DocumentsFunctional SpecificationsTest Plans and Test CasesProcess Flows

Demonstrated experience in technology solution management, including:

Usability/GUI designWeb application development methodologiesObject-oriented development approachesWorking knowledge of third-party solution providersDefining and documenting design to requirements trade-offs

Expertise with some of the following tools:

Jira, Pivotal, LinearConfluence, Notion, CodaSheet tools- Airtable, Smartsheets, Google Sheets, ExcelCraft, prodpad, aha, Productboard, FiberyFigma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer

Experience collaborating with UX/UI teamsKnowledge of user-centered content development, interface design, information architecture, digital branding and marketing communicationsDemonstrated experience in communications management, including:

Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences (client and internal team)Written and oral communications, including presentations skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams (creative and technical) throughout implementation to ensure integrity to requirementsOrganizing and facilitating meetings with business users for requirements gathering
