Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Control Manager with extensive rail transit project experience to oversee project controls functions, including scheduling, cost management, and risk analysis. This role involves collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools.Implement and monitor project control processes, including cost estimating and budgeting.Conduct regular risk assessments and prepare mitigation plans.Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to align on project goals.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance project performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls, specifically within rail transit projects.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent certification.Experience with large-scale rail transit projects.Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.What We Offer:
