We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager with Mid-Highrise experience to join an ENR TOP 75 GC in their Tampa Bay office. This is a privately held GC with offices throughout the US. The company's portfolio includes a wide range of sectors, including luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hospitality, K-12, etc.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline or 5 years' experience4+ years' experience as a Project Manager on hotel or high-rise construction projectsStrong computer skills are a necessity, including familiarity with construction project management applicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills and are required to interface directly with trade contractors, owners' representatives, the design team, building departments and other team membersStrong leadership skills are requiredProject management finance skills are required
