Qualifications for Accounting Manager:Accounting degree and Three (3) years prior experience in an Accounting function;Prior supervisory experience is required;Accounts receivable (AR), journal entry and balance sheet experience to assist staff with daily and month end tasks;Advanced excel skills including sumif/vlookup/xlookup/pivot tablesStrong verbal and interpersonal skills;Communications and report writing skills;Problem solving skills;Highly detailed oriented; able to analyze data and assist staff in gaining new skills.Job Tasks for Accounting Manager:
Maintains accounting controls by following all established policies and procedures;Conduct high level analysis of revenue, expenses, and wages;Assists with month end journal entries;• Prepares balance sheet reconciliations;Reconciles general ledger accounts;Assists AR staff with invoicing and cash applications, if needed;Assists in preparation of annual budgets;Collaborates with field terminal staff, operations staff and finance team to acquire data and produce reports;Analyzes financial records for accuracyBenefits include:
