The Role
We are seeking the engineer accepting challenges to join in assistance center team at tsmc Arizona Fab. TSMC is the world's largest semiconductor foundry to produce thousands of electronic products for hundred customers. The team provide the 1st line assistance to handle voices from users, and operate/troubleshooting the systems designed to precisely manufacture the most advanced silicon wafers in the world.The successful candidate will have solid IT skill, the growth mindset to learn the newest IT technology and the world-class business, and a strong willing to change the world.
Responsibilities
Follow the principle to handle with urgent cases from users or system abnormal signal with efficient and effective ways to recover the production system.Be responsible to cases tracing and follow-up with patient to face to challenges come from users or monitor alarm signal.Keep improving the approach more automatic with quality and efficiency such as developing the auto-script to build-up the comprehensive test scenarios to improve the troubleshooting process quality.Develop the smart monitor systems to auto-detect, diagnose and recover the systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related IT field, such as computer science, MIS, mechanical or electrical engineering, to include work experience background as below.Good concept of software engineering and product life cycle managementStrong development skills in languages such as Python, Go or Node.jsBe willing to take the challenges and changesRelish change and frequent releasesUnderstand the full software stack and go beyondView problem solving as an opportunity to improve the systemsEmbrace automation over manual effort
