Delaware North Sportservice is hiring full-time and part-time Lead Catering Servers to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Lead Catering Server, you will lead the food and beverage team during events while delivering the highest quality of service to our guests.

Responsibilities
Trains assigned banquet catering associates to ensure that all procedures and policies are followedEnsures all banquet functions are fully staffed, set up on time and according to banquet event order and clients’ specificationsConducts pre-function meetings with banquet supervisor and staff; delegates and communicates assignments to staff in accordance with manager directionServes alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresEnsures standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout banquet and service areasReports any unsatisfactory food and beverage items mentioned by guests to management and documents according to company proceduresPreforms break down of event space if indicatedAssists in greeting guests, assigning guests to tables and taking care of all guests’ needsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications
Must be at least 18 years oldMinimum of one (1) year experience in service industry requiredPrevious experience in banquets or other food service environment preferredExcellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service StandardsAbility to complete required preemployment food safety and alcohol service trainingStrong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several employees simultaneously and plan aheadStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with staff and guests, and prepare written reportsAbility to be available for varying Titletown event schedules set up by Titletown event staffPhysical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service and clean-up of functions; including carrying trays of foodAbility to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairsGood mobility to maneuver between tables to deliver food to customersVariable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled diningenvironmentShift Details
