We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6+ month project with our energy client in Walnut Creek, CA.
ResponsibilitiesAnswering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, including new client calls, processing/scanning mailDrafting documents, transcription, identifying, saving, and filing legal documentsAssisting with relationships with vendors and clientsOrganizing and scheduling of appointments and meetingsChronologizing medical records, billing and handling client paymentsDrafting HIPPA authorizations, assisting attorneys with administrative tasks,Working with co-workers as part of a team, and other tasks as they arise and as the team member demonstrates the ability to handle higher level tasks.Possible legal secretary experience
