The company is listed on the stock exchange since 2015 and generated revenues of € 796 million in 2022.This is how you will grow:Planning, monitoring and controlling the development of printed circuit boards and FPCs in accordance with the project order (cost budget, deadline, quality, technical objectives) in cooperation with the specialist departmentsDevelopment of printed circuit boards and FPCsBringing about and making decisions to achieve the agreed project goalsInitiating corrective measures in the event of deviations.Creation and release of requirement and functional specificationsSupport Component Engineers with electrical layout calculations for wire harnesses, cell connectors and busbarsCreating and conducting customer presentationsReporting on the progress of the projectLeading project meetings with the project team and suppliersParticipation in pre-selection and evaluation of suppliers RequirementsThis is how you will take us forward:? Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics or mechanical engineering? Several years of practical professional experience, preferably with contact to project management? Good knowledge of English? Several years of experience in PCB AND flex PCB design in the automotive environment? Good knowledge of automotive product development processes? Good knowledge of Altium Designer? Confident dealings with customers and suppliers
