This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on real estate, private lending, and foreclosure. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the closing process, including title review, purchase agreements, deal structuring, and more. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Draft legal correspondences and formal documents, including loan documents and data input.Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.Review and negotiate title work.Review entity documents, purchase contracts, and other transactional materials for accuracy.Support document specialists and funding assistants as needed.Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client emails and phone calls.Manage case files through case management systems, tracking and updating foreclosure timelines.Collaborate with attorneys on foreclosure matters.Keep clients informed about the status of their cases.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree required, paralegal certificate preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a transactional paralegal specializing in foreclosure and closing titles 3. Proficient in title review, purchase agreements, deal structuring, private lending, and foreclosure.4. Strong knowledge of real estate law and transactional law.5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.11.
