The Procurement Sourcing Intern supports the development of best-in-class procurement practices, including sourcing strategy development and deployment, management of external partners, ways of working and stakeholder management to maximize total value contribution for a specific sub spend area within the respective spend tower. This is managed in close collaboration with the regional procurement teams, MSC (Manufacturing & Supply Chain), Finance and MDS (Mondelēz Digital Services).

The role ensures compliance with policies, strategies, and processes to drive business value to Mondelez. He/She/They should ideally be pursuing an undergraduate degree in either Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing. Experience and/or a general understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain or Marketing is desired, but not required. Candidates should be curious and innovative, as well as display a high degree of learning agility and be eager to deliver results which contribute to the overall success of the Procurement team.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.

Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation

The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $900 - $1,150.

Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
