As a Senior Production Strategist, you’ll develop strategies, set priorities, and define business requirements to drive revenue growth and enhance competitive advantage. You’ll develop, consult/collaborate, and drive strategic initiatives that support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals by optimizing mortgage production of fresh, redirected, stalled, and reserved lead flow. You’ll focus on human behavior and economics to leverage tendencies that drive production and process efficiency. Recognized for your skill, you’ll mentor your team, helping develop your overall capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute on growth ideas that drive innovation, often balancing multiple large, complex initiatives at once
Request and leverage data insights to drive cross-business area initiatives and business transformation to aid to improve overall performance
Design and implement complex target state processes, procedures and organizational gaps
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on operations, pain points, solutions, ideas, priorities and key updates to achieve resolution and progress
Hold leaders accountable to drive business results while providing support and high-quality advice
Communicate and present business strategies to all audiences and be a recognized expert in business strategy communication
Be responsible for creating and clearly communicating complex business requirements by gaining alignment from differing opinions at the highest levels of leadership for lead delivery and management
Create process and policy documentation to accompany any changes
Mentor other production strategists and team members by leveraging a strong skillset and proven record of effective strategies for contribution
Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from the team leader and may lead the team in the leader's absence
About You
Minimum Qualifications
7 years of sales, revenue operations or related experience
Expert in Microsoft Excel
Advanced understanding of customer relationship management (CRM)/mortgage platforms
Experience with communication and reporting to executive leadership
Experience driving actionable insights from data and metrics
Knowledge of Rocket’s consumer product and data platforms
Ability to drive multiple initiatives at one time, adapt to evolving priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues, mentoring the way through complex problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma Certification or equivalent
Proficiency with Vizio or Signavio
Proficient with Salesforce or like CRM systems
Ability influencing, negotiating with and gaining buy-in from senior leadership and partnering teams
