If you thrive in a results-oriented environment and are passionate about sales and client relations, this role is a perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Building: Through direct engagement and organized events, develop lasting relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance carriers, and adjusters.Lead Generation: Generate new business leads by networking with insurance agents, adjusters, and other industry professionals.Sales Strategy: Identify new opportunities and markets within the residential sector, promoting restoration services to meet or exceed revenue targets.Contract Negotiation: Secure new business by negotiating contracts and closing deals.Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets.Brand Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand presence and build client networks.Project Coordination: Work with project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial sales to project execution.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and opportunities and develop targeted strategies to capitalize on emergency service needs.Client Scheduling: Organize and maintain a schedule for insurance customer visits.Additional ResponsibilitiesCRM & Marketing Technology: Manage contacts in CRM software, track sales activities, and send targeted email campaigns.Community Involvement: Plan and coordinate community and charitable events.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing for strategic alignment, including attending weekly meetings and reading communications.Network Engagement: Attend local business functions to promote the company and its mission.Skills and KnowledgeSales Expertise: Proven sales success, ideally within the restoration or construction sector.Insurance Knowledge: Experience working with insurance companies, understanding policies, and generating leads.Effective Communicator: Strong skills in building rapport with a variety of stakeholders.Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle negotiations and address client concerns proactively.Goal-oriented: Drive to achieve sales targets and business goals.Strategic & Organized: Solid project management, strategic planning, and organizational abilities.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in insurance or restoration or selling to insurance brokers on residential losses.Education: A degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is preferred.Additional Experience: Franchise, restoration, construction, or home improvement background a plus.Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.Benefits and CompensationCompetitive Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000 base with additional commission opportunities.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement Support: 401K with company match.Tools for Success: Company-provided cell phone and computer.Vehicle Allowance: Monthly car allowance and fuel card.Why Join Our Client?Become part of a trusted restoration team that brings care and dedication to every project.
