KENTECH Consulting Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our new division. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth, where you will engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, and generate sales through both inbound and outbound activities. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, contributing to strategic initiatives and driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage Prospective Clients: Promote and market KENTECH through persistent cold calling, emails, and other communication channels to prospective clients.
Needs Assessment: Assist clients with needs assessment and follow-ups, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings.
Value Demonstration: Demonstrate the value of our products and services via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, chatbot, and other social media platforms.
Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quarterly KPI goals and maintain or exceed annual funnel goals.
Lead Qualification: Follow up on assigned inbound marketing leads, identify qualified opportunities, and educate, develop, and penetrate markets and qualified prospects.
Appointment Setting: Cold call into prospects generated by various sources and set appointments.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior Account Executives on target accounts and the marketing team on inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
CRM Management: Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in HubSpot, our CRM application.
Special Projects: Build awareness of special projects/events as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
