Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our business by generating leads, building relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The BDR will play a key role in expanding K?STA I.T.'s presence in the I.T. services industry by driving sales initiatives and setting the stage for future growth.
Key Responsibilities :Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead generationConduct research to identify potential clients and build a targeted prospect listInitiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers at potential client organizationsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategiesSchedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales teamTrack and manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and documentationProvide regular feedback on market trends and opportunities to senior leadershipQualifications :
3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally in a B2B, I.T. services or strategic sales (Federal Government, Financial Services, Healthcare Services, SLED etc..)Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quicklySelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)A passion for technology and an understanding of I.T. services is a plus
