Iverson Riddle Developmental Center. This position assures compliance with professional standards, Federal and State Laws and Regulations, and ICF/MR Regulations. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for holding a psychiatry clinic here one to two days per month and to be available to the medical staff, psychology department, and the treatment team on a consulting basis.This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events.Salary Grade MH27 Recruitment Range $150 - $200/hourMedical Department, hours to vary based on upon facility needAbout J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center is located in Morganton, NC, a pastoral and historic town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with easy access to the popular outdoor activities of the area, as well as Charlotte and Asheville. The facility provides habilitative and medical care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The residents reside in cottages scattered about the breath taking 100 acre campus amid vocational and recreational opportunities.
