Amazon Freight is seeking a Senior Product Manager to be our lead Salesforce Administrator. Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong technical and analytical skills, enjoys building a new business and the ambiguity that comes with that. Key job responsibilities
• Define and improve strategies for how to optimize Salesforce usage at Amazon Freight
• Develop and deliver on a coherent strategy, including design, user requirements, market assessments, scalable delivery plan, adoption strategy alongside our EU counterparts.
• Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives.
• Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to leaders of Amazon Freight programs & products as well as overall AF leadership.
• Recommend new product features, workflows, and ideas to influence Salesforce platform adoption and utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve tools and productivity
• Identify risks that threaten project success and develop mitigation plans
• Gather business requirements, conduct business process analysis, and manage complex CRM projects.
• Take ownership in driving new feature development through every stage of the product life cycle and deliver incremental value
• Act as product champion and establish effective relationships with key partners
About the team
Amazon Freight is a new startup business within Amazon, focused on externalizing Amazon's logistics capabilities as an asset-based brokerage that offers B2B transportation services to enterprise customers. If you have experience leading business units and/or sales organizations in the transportation space then this may be the role for you. As a startup business, you will have the ability to shape the strategic direction of the business while watching your ideas become reality as you implement and scale strategies across the business.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
