Join Our Spiro*VerseTHIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.The Graphics Project Manager will act as an information focal point for graphics production and all related deliverables. This information will be organized for the purpose of producing all the graphics requirements for various exhibits, events and corporate offices. The Graphics Project Manager is responsible for providing preparatory technical expertise of large format Graphic Production services including, preparation, rebuilding, and formatting multiple computer file types and digital media for varying final output destinations and vendor management. The position requires a unique blending of graphic production, design, digital imaging, prepress production, color correction, organization, as well as strong interpersonal skills.Company OverviewThis is Spiro. Together, we launch brands into their experiential orbit through the power of Brand Gravity.Learn more about who we are here!Responsibilities:Manage and execute project requirements and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsIdentify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to production teamDirectly responsible for detailing work orders, entering and distributing as necessaryManage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeCreate, manage and execute deliverablesEffectively apply organization methodologies and enforce project standardsSchedule and manage project reviews and quality assurance proceduresManage and communicate all risk associated to projectAttends PTW put to work meetings to ensure there is follow up in action items and effective planningCreate, manage and communicate necessary project documentsTrack and manage project costs, purchases and expenses on a project basisManage project budgetTrack and manage invoicing and monitor receivables for projectManage vendors regarding deliverables and invoicingAnalyze project profitability, revenue, margins and bill ratesManage and maintain quality standards for in-coming and in-process projects and components for finished goodsPrepare and produce digital files using Adobe Creative Suite to design, edit, and proof documents, which will be used for reproduction on large/grand format digital printers. Work ranges from laying out simple text documents, to the modification of complex existing customer artwork or internally supplied artwork, to designing custom graphics based on internal/external customer direction. Position involves coordination of internal and external graphic production.The position involves specialized tasks which often need to be carried out independently, with little direct supervision. Expected to network and collaborate with the neighboring disciplines of Design, Estimating, Detailing, Build Project management, and Expo Services to ensure that customer supplied, or internally designed digital media is prepared accurately.Preflight files, create and manipulate digital files to specifications, generate proofs, and check for quality deficiencies at all stages of prepress productionPerform design, layout and production functions as needed\Basic math skills (fraction to decimal conversions) and ability to read and understand CAD drawings

Work Environment:Position may require some travelNights, weekends and show site work will be necessary in peak business seasonPosition averages 40-50 hours per week. (Spring and Fall will require additional hours based on show schedule).Requires the ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilitiesWork is performed mostly in office conditions (Remote) involving sitting most of the time, with some work being performed in a show site environmentWork may involve repetitive motion (i.e. constant keying, using fingers, or grasping of objects)Work is performed in a somewhat crowded or noisy area where there may be mild discomfort due to temperature, dust or other conditions when on siteWork involves occasional exertion of physical effort (i.e. periods of standing, walking, stooping, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting)
