The Executive Producer will work closely with the Account Directors and Production teams on the delivery of a variety of experiential projects, including live events, conferences, exhibitions, and virtual events. The Executive Producer is responsible for meeting client objectives and exceeding client expectations by delivering best-in-class service and providing proactive solutions, quality products, and services on time and on budget. In a client service capacity, they will maintain positive client relationships and assist in growing client business as appropriate.Company OverviewThis is Spiro. Together, we launch brands into their experiential orbit through the power of Brand Gravity.ResponsibilitiesProvide pre-production & on-site project management of shows, which will include but are not limited to:Develop a strong understanding of client's products, services, exhibition practices, workflow procedures, and ongoing marketing goals.Responsible for the management of large-scale events from the planning stages through collection ofAct as a liaison with event management, exhibitors, facility staff, GES Exhibitions, production personnel, internal partners, and ancillary vendors for all services and build strong working relationships with all.Lead and collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Finance during the proposal.Alongside the creative team, lead the creative process for the event, ensuring all areas of the project are aligned with the brief and theme.Responsible for the creation of the event budget. Handles day-to-day management of event budget.Ensure all events are produced within established budget guidelines. Budget and fiscal responsibility for assigned events, including accuracy, forecasting, and management.Partners with Salesperson & Account Director in the client relationship.Manages outside vendors and freelance workers in support of the planning and execution of events.Act as a Mentor for Producers, Associate Producers and Production Coordinators.Have the ability to lead and produce highly detailed, large revenue events.Provide technical expertise to clients, contractors and colleagues.Oversee the operational delivery of the event, ensuring that all timelines are adhered to.Responsible for the Health and Safety of the event, ensuring that risk assessments and other documentation have been completed and potential risks have been highlighted to the Health and Safety team.Responsible for the management of the event, including delivering briefs/debriefs and ensuring updates are communicated efficiently.Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.Take a participative role in the Company's sustainability initiative and ensure, where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative: reuse, recycle, and replenish.RequirementsWe understand the importance of transferrable skills and a diverse perspective, so if you do not fit all these requirements, we still want to hear from you and encourage you to apply!6-10 years of event production or similar experience.Experience in managing large-scale events and expo projects with multiple exhibitors, activations, and branding needs.Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced event production environment.Awareness and willingness to understand brand messaging and goals/desired outcomes of events.Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, site visits, and on-site supervision of all event execution such as installation, event dates & dismantle.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to proactively provide practical solutions in an ambiguous, time-sensitive and fast-paced environment.College Degree required or equivalent experience.Knowledge of corporate events and the tradeshow industry is preferred.General budgeting and finance knowledge with the ability to create and manage event budgets.Leadership skills and business acumen.Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task.AttributesSelf-Starter.Collaborative.Works well under pressure.Results driven.Skilled multi-tasker.BenefitsRemote Environment.Full Benefits Package.401K Vesting Immediately.Psychological Safety.Diversity, Inclusivity and Belonging Culture.Employee Led Resource Groups.Spiro*YOU Professional Development & Learning Programs.Employee Events.Our ProcessOur interview process is hand crafted to our roles.
