How Is This Role Important to Our Work:This position is responsible for helping improve and maintain bluecross.com., our primary public-facing website that supports members, prospective members, providers and agents. You will be editing and publishing content, validating website issues, ensuring content quality standards and testing new functionality.A Day in the Life:Edit, maintain, and publish Web content using Acquia Drupal, CMS and DAM tools in addition to other SAAS solutions.Manage , organize and publish PDFs, images, videos and other assets online using various tools.Help coordinate workflow of tickets coming into the CX department and ensure changes are completed accurately and on time.
Assign tickets to the correct internal team memberCoordinate stakeholder meetings as needed to ensure timely resolution of digital requestsQA test and confirm when website issues or publishing requests have been resolved and communicate back to stakeholders
Help coordinate Annual Enrollment Period / Open Enrollment Period across multiple stakeholders and many Web pages that need updating annually.Help the Member Mobile App and Member Portal teams test new features and releases.Assist ongoing QA of digital properties both manually and using online tools (Ie. Site Improve) to ensure accuracy accessibility and functionality.Nice to Have:Bachelor's degree.Basic understanding of HTML preferred but not required.Understanding of SEO practices.Background in CX / Design Thinking.Healthcare experience.Mobile experience.Required Skills and Experiences:2+ years' related experience or Bachelor's degree. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.Candidate must be customer-focused, results-oriented, collaborative and self-motived.Must have strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Proficient in AP style writing and editingMake A Difference
