Job Description:
The company is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we seek a highly proficient lead generation expert specializing in digital marketing campaigns, outbound tactics, and funnel optimization. The candidate boasts a history of conceiving and executing successful campaigns that consistently yield high-quality leads for sales. Proficiency in refining and adapting programs based on data-driven insights is a must. Additionally, we seek someone who excels in collaborative efforts with sales teams, product managers, marketing, and technology experts to position the company strategically. Written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the chosen candidate will play a role in working with the Sr. PMM to bring the identified ICP, messaging, and positioning to market. They will support the development of content to power highly effective campaigns. Success is reflected by filling the pipeline with qualified in-market leads, increasing MQL conversion rates, and exceeding revenue goals.
Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectivelyCreate and execute digital and outbound lead-generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, including but not limited to Google and affiliates, email marketing, ABM, PPC, PPL, social media, and new marketing channelsBegin and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel to become sales-ready leadsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience, and ensure proper reporting and tracking of lead activityManage paid digital agency; oversee priorities, campaigns, budget, and deliverablesMeasure, analyze, interpret, and report on the impact of campaign activities on the influenced pipeline, database growth, deal cycle acceleration, and other KPIsAnalyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' marketing tactics to identify new opportunitiesManage project timelines, quality, resources, and budget to prioritize spending to maximize qualified leadsExperiencedinterfacing with sales, marketing, and product teams to build s ccessful and impactful lead-gen campaignsResponsible for defining and creating documentation related to tracking the digital marketing and outbound tactics for the company's lead funnelCollaborate with the product team to optimize the self-service journey to conversion
