Quality Control Manager/ Site Safety Health Officer

OverviewJoin our growing team in Norfolk, VA! We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager and Site Safety Health Officer to support our team and provide oversight of quality management systems.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Get To Do:Establish and manage Quality Management System Plan to include policies, programs, and procedures to include a Quality Manual, Procedures, Self-inspection Program, Audits, and Continuous Improvement to ensure compliance with contract deliverables.Ensure the hazards identified in the AHA are appropriately addressed;Provide training on the hazards of the activity and PPE or controls to be utilized.Provide feedback on the work activities as to how to improve the safety of the activityDocument the safety and health controls being used and implemented.Other duties as assignedQualificationsYou'll Bring These Qualifications:Must have an Active DoD Secret security clearance.Must have at least five (5) years of experience in preparing and enforcing quality management programs.Bachelor's degree in related field.
