Proven leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to successfully work cross-functionally in a non-hierarchical environment, achieve results through influence, and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong written and oral communications skills in order to crisply and concisely convey complex information. Ability to be assertive and confident while demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
While a technical background is desired, the successful candidate must have an ability to communicate with technical professionals.
