Test Engineering Intern Job Description: Candidate will work within a team responsible for thedevelopment, qualification and transfer to production of next-generationprocess technologies. In this role, candidate will evaluate semiconductordevices and components through performing electrical tests and analyzing andinterpreting test data. Candidate will report to a Senior Principal Engineer ofTechnology Development. This position offers interns a great opportunity togain exposure to real world industrial products and practice. Specific Responsibilities Include: Hands-on implementation of test plans on an automated test environment Analysis and interpretation of test data Identify functional problems in test plans; sustain and improve test programs Summarize and present test result to the team During the 12 weeks each Intern will: > Be given an individual and well-defined project with set outcome goals > Gain hands on experience > Receive excellent training and ongoing supervision > Be invited to attend an intern webinar series > Attend networking/social events > Attend and present at Poster Session about each Interns project successes and pitfalls > Receive formal, written feedback Job Requirements: Student pursuing a BS or MS in electrical engineering or physics Familiarity with basic electrical test is required Familiarity with one or more common programing languages such as C, Python, etc. Willing and able to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
