Job Role :ServiceNow Architect

Job Location Pittsburgh,PA and Strongsville, OH

Duration: Long term contract

Rate : only on w2

Note : Candidate Must have 5+ years of Architect Level exp

Job description:

HYBRID (3 days in office and 2 days at home)

Key responsibilities: •Meets w/project a few times a week •They will also work with vendor- ServiceNow in conjunction with the enterprise architects •They will be designing new technologies to the edge envirornment to hand over to the engineers for implementation team. •Documentation •Managing themselves and workset •Field questions that the team has and vendor has •Conduct thorough research. - When there is an issue Service now blames Client and Client blames ServiceNow). •Reserarch around architectual •Internal research around implementation and architecture

ServiceNow Solution Architect Responsibilities: •Take a lead role in designing comprehensive end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, considering scalability, security, and performance. (i.e. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.) •Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align ServiceNow solutions with organizational objectives. •Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding development teams in implementing solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards. •Oversee the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring that the implemented solutions meet the unique requirements of each client, and that customization is kept to a minimum. •Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, keeping abreast of updates and new features. •Architect and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth workflow automation. •Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. •Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams on advanced ServiceNow functionalities. •Share insights on emerging trends and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem to enhance the skill set of team members. •Work closely with business analysts to analyze and refine technical requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with both business and technical objectives. •Actively participate in client meetings to gather and clarify requirements, providing valuable input and technical expertise •Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing ServiceNow implementations, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize performance and user experience. •Stay informed about the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies, proposing innovative solutions to address evolving business needs. •Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow solutions, including technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and configuration details. •Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and reusable components. •Act as a mentor to team members, providing guidance on ServiceNow development best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning. •Organize and lead training sessions to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow solutions. Must have technical skills/experience: •ServiceNow Implementation Specialist •ServiceNow System Administration Certified
