Dunmore's mission is to delight its customers through technical innovation, high levels of service and open collaboration to solve difficult application problems.SummaryDunmore is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students majoring in Engineering who are interested in gaining practical experience in quality assurance and document control. The intern will work on key projects related to document management, test procedure validation, data processing, and building a SpecMetrix data library.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in updating the format of approximately 700 documents to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.Collaborate with the QA team to standardize document formats and improve document control practices.Support the centralization and migration of documents to a new system or repository.Ensure that all documents are accurately transferred and properly organized in the new system.Review and validate over 500 test procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Assist in updating and maintaining these documents as needed.Process and enter data related to document control and quality assurance activities.Maintain accurate records and ensure that all data is up-to-date and correctly entered into relevant systems.Contribute to the creation and organization of a SpecMetrix data library for QA testing.Assist in compiling and managing data to support quality assurance testing and analysis.Participate in team meetings and workshops to gain insights into plant operations and industry best practices.Travel and connect with interns from across the company at the Steel Partners intern summit.Other Duties as needed or required

Education and ExperienceCurrently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.Familiarity with document control systems or Quality Management Systems (QMS).Experience with data processing or database management.Knowledge of QA testing procedures and standards or willingness to learn
