Summary of position/daily activities:
General Summary
The HR Senior Manager will be responsible for leading aspects of human resources practices and processes. Serving as a strategic advisor and business partner to the leadership and management teams, the HR Senior Manager will develop and administer programs covering key areas, including employee onboarding/offboarding, salary and benefits administration, training and development, employee and labor relations, benefits, and EEO/affirmative action programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR and benefits functions and best practices. The HR Senior Manager will play a key role in shaping the company culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Develops and administers programs covering employee onboarding/offboarding, salary and benefits administration, training/development, employee/labor relations, and EEO/affirmative action programs.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Plans, conducts and supervises assignments.Manages subordinate management and/or experienced professionals.Ensures that programs, practices, and policies comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Basic qualifications/experience (the
required qualifications

to be considered for the position:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.A minimum of 12 years of experience in human resources (including employee onboarding/offboarding, salary and benefits administration, training/development, employee/labor relations, benefits, and EEO/affirmative action programs, etc.), with at least 4 years in a management capacity.Proven experience in managing HR operations and implementing HR policies and programs.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Desired skills/certifications (any additional skills desired but not required to be considered for the position):
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR).
