Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Administrative Assistant II job opportunity located in Plano, TX 75024 zip code!

Pay rate: $ 28.75/HR

Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm CST (Mon & Fri Remote, Tues - Thurs In Office)

Length: 6 months

Job Duties:

Supporting Auto Finance/Refi

Managing calendars and event logistics

Taking meeting notes and sending minutes to all involved afterwards in collaboration with other team admin

Other ad hoc responsibilities

Catering orders

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience

Travel Arrangement, scheduling, calendar management, experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Google Suite, Microsoft office Suite

Pay Details: $28.75 per hour
