Inframark is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Project Manager in Winder, GA. This position will lead a multi-discipline work team in delivering outstanding operations, maintenance, and management of water plants, wastewater plants, collections systems and lift stations. We are looking for candidates with outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational process control procedures and maintenance protocols to achieve full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Inspect facilities, evaluate O&M functions, review records and data, and interview and select new personnel.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Inframark with local clients, building and maintaining positive connections.
Maintain operational records and prepare reports required by clients and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal laws and policies, as well as company policies and procedures.
Attend council meetings and represent Inframark and the client with state and federal agencies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or any combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
At least ten years of dynamically responsible experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations management.
Georgia Class I Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification
A strong detailed work style with a dedication to continuous improvement.
Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.
Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
A valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience and includes a generous benefits and bonus plan.
