Level 1 IT Systems Administrator (Night Shift)

Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to take your career to the next level.Your Main Objective:Leidos is looking for a System Administrator to join a team of similar individuals who work alongside the government on a 24x7 desk to support field sites.What Sets You Apart:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsProvide support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customersProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problemsOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planningMonitor and notify according to procedures.
