Position Overview
The Head of IT Systems & Integrations is responsible for managing the company's tech stack and ensuring technology tools, systems and integrations operate smoothly. This role is required to be both strategic and hands-on at the same time since the Head of IT Systems & Integrations is responsible for designing the IT architecture to support the business growth, as well as managing the day-to-day optimizations of how such systems work to reduce tech debt and complexities while evolving tech capabilities and automation. With the support of a Managed Services Provider, this role will also oversee IT Help Desk and Support activities.

Shopify: E-commerce and retail point-of-sale platformNetSuite: Enterprise Resource Planning systemSPS Commerce: Connection to wholesale retailersMiddleware systems including Celigo and SuperSyncFamiliarity with e-commerce and marketing technology including Gladly, Klaviyo, Narvar, and 3PL WMS integrations, etcPrimary Responsibilities
Review and refine the tech stack architecture to best support business growth and operations while optimizing tech/IT costs. Define 3 yrs roadmap in alignment with company LRP goalsProject manage systems integration projects, coordinating and communicating across internal and external stakeholder groups, including tech agenciesDiagnose and resolve systems "issues", including oversight of IT/specialized agencies and 3rd party service providersManage Company's IT security and risks and implement appropriate risk prevention measuresSeek opportunities to streamline and refine the company's tech stack and integrationsPartner with the E-commerce team to deploy successful updates to E-commerce functionalitySupport Finance & Accounting to manage and evolve NetSuite data flows, budgeting, reporting, mapping and used functionalityProvide direction to the IT Help Desk team (including a third-party Managed Services Provider) to ensure Coyuchi employees are well supported in working efficientlyCreate and update process & systems documentation so Coyuchi Management and employees have a clear understanding of how systems and integrations workCross-functional partnership to serve business intelligence and data that enables intelligent and quick decision-makingStay current with retail and e-commerce technology solutions as relevant to the Coyuchi businessAdditional duties as assigned by managementQualifications
10+ years of experience working with systems integrations in e-commerce and/or retail5+ years of IT project management experience2+ years leading teams and managing peopleStrong understanding of NetSuite, Shopify, and CeligoExperience managing and working with third-party systems integrators, particularly wholesale and WMS integrationsAbility to perform light scripting in NetSuite a plusExperience managing security and corporate office suitesVery strong written and verbal communication skillsSolutions-oriented mindset that seeks to understand and improve root causes of challengesStrong professional judgment and ability to escalate issues clearly and succinctly in order to drive decisions and outcomesHighly detail-orientedStrong ability to prioritizeAble to adapt and be flexible in the face of shifting prioritiesMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Workspace,
