The GST Systems Administrator is responsible for effectively managing, supporting, and troubleshooting the company's ERP system (NetSuite), e-commerce platform (CNET, Ariba), and associated IT applications & workflows. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, with an ability to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and drive business efficiency through effective use of technology.
ERP System Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its smooth functionality and resolving any technical issues.Customize and configure NetSuite ERP modules based on business requirements.Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity within the NetSuite ERP environment.Perform regular system audits, backups, and updates to ensure system reliability and compliance with best practices.Help support any other ERP system management duties and tasks.E-Commerce Platform Support:
Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with the ERP system and other back-office tools.Monitor online transactions, troubleshoot errors, and resolve any technical issues that arise within the e-commerce system.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement e-commerce enhancements and features that align with business goals.Help support any other E-Commerce platform duties and tasks.Microsoft Applications Integration:
Provide support for advanced Microsoft application functions such as data analysis and reporting, automation workflows, and user collaboration.Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, custom reports, and Excel templates to improve data visibility and decision-making.Help support any other Microsoft Application or 3rd party application duties and tasks.Business Process Analysis and Improvement:
Work closely with key business units to analyze current workflows, identify pain points, and recommend improvements through ERP and IT system configurations.Document business requirements and ensure they are implemented effectively through technology solutions.Help support any other Business Process duties and tasks.General IT Support:
Provide tier 2/3 support to end-users for IT-related issues involving ERP, e-commerce platforms, Microsoft applications, and general IT infrastructure.Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including server maintenance, network monitoring, and system backups.Coordinate with external vendors for software support, upgrades, and system enhancements.Help support any other General IT duties and tasks.Training and User Support:
Provide training and support to employees on the effective use of ERP, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft applications.Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and troubleshooting procedures.Host workshops and training sessions for users to improve productivity and system usage.Help support any other Training and User Support duties and tasks.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and e-commerce platforms (Ariba, Celigo, CNET, Shopify,WooCommerce, etc.).Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP system administration and configuration.Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrating them with ERP systems.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams) and automation tools.Familiarity with database management, APIs, and system integration.Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and IT security practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to train and support users at varying levels of technical expertise.
