Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Plant Administrator to be based out of Pendleton, OR. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for working directly with the production, maintenance, and quality departments in the area of data entry, record keeping, and reporting. They will also provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of administrative experience. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

What you'll do:Manage information, organize, and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring files are updated and maintained.Able to transform raw data into detailed and comprehensive reports using advanced MS Excel skills.Responsible for generating complex monthly reports; creating charts, graphs, and technical documents.Run queries and analyze data for reporting to Customer Service Manager and VP/GMManage Purchase Order process for the site, receive all invoices for the site, and issue finished goods into computer database.Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.All other duties as assigned.What you'll bring:

Associate degree with Business Administration focus preferred; or 2-3 year of administrative experience in a manufacturing setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of JDE Edwards and SAGE is a plus.Strong Computer skills in Excel and Word.High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organizationExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsCapable of exercising judgement and discretion in confidential and sensitive matter.Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner.All associates must embrace and foster and environment that supports our core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork and Accountability.Within 3 months, you'll:

Establish strong working relationships with the leadership team you support as well as build rapport with employees.Develop reports to assist in goal analysis and monthly performance.Understand how to utilize the tools you use for accounting and reporting.Within 12 months, you'll:
