Your responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains a safe working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace. Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting Near Misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards, wearing all required PPE, and encouraging others to do the same. Performs research to determine if an adjustment needs to be made to correct any inaccurate inventory levels. Operate forklift to access material locations located out of arm reach. Identifies any non-conforming parts and moves them to quality. Ensures compliance and safety of all activities within the organization standards and policies. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Your profile Qualifications & Experience: Prefered: Exposure and experience using an SAP Warehouse Managed environment. Possesses a stable work history and a strong personal desire to work safely and maintain a safe working environment. Experience working in a warehouse environment safely operating facility material handling equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jacks, automated storage & retrieval systems, carousel) and picking and packing equipment (e.g. scanner, scale, tape machine). Experience operating various forklifts (order filler, stand-up reach, stand-up electric, scissor lift). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets with accuracy and efficiency. Position is required to work efficiently in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment, with a sense of urgency while keeping correct data. Position is required to be able to lift up to 40 pounds, perform repetitious duties, and walk or stand for long periods of time on a daily basis. Information management skills with the ability to collect information, communicate it and process it to enable managers to make a quicker and better decision. Highly organized with ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Exhibits integrity through fair and ethical behaviors in all activities; maintains accountability for performance. Strong mindfulness with well-developed organizational and communication skills. Proven experience developing work processes to improve outcomes for the team/customers.
