Your responsibilities Provide support to the engineering team by assisting with daily process engineering tasks and troubleshooting. Participate in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency, quality, and safety. Assist in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve workflow. Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, equipment, and best practices. Document process changes, updates, and improvements for future reference and training purposes. Your profile This role does not provide relocation assistance or a housing stipend. Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and process improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present process data. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement tools is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis software is a bonus. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Enthusiastic about learning and applying new technologies and process optimization techniques.
